1. Ensure compliance with conflict checks, file management, and client care protocols.
2. Progress cases, attend clients, and prepare for hearings per instructions.
3. Advocate for clients in Court of Protection hearings.
4. Handle correspondence, Legal Aid funding, billing, and file preparation.
5. Manage file closing, administration, time recording, and regulatory compliance.
