Financial
This role is accountable for working with leadership teams and Global CoEs to ensure we maximise value for organisation, deliver our key OE metrics while delivering improved financial performance.
Market Complexity
This role operates across the full Scotch Category and wider Supply Chain & Procurement. It is critical that the incumbent can navigate the matrix organisation, lead through others, build solid relationships and influence within all levels of the business.
Leadership Responsibilities
This role leads the people agenda across Malt Distilling sites across Scotland. As well as being a member of the Scotch HR team the role is part of the Site Operational Leadership Teams in these areas.

* Partner with the functional leadership teams to build and deliver ambitious and innovative talent plans.
* Own the Organisation Effectiveness agenda for Malt Distilling.
* Drive Inclusion and Diversity agenda tailored to the sites.
* Support the development of high performing teams, coaching line managers.
* Instill a continuous learning culture throughout the organisation.
