Trainee Client Administrator / Client Support Specialist Location: Bolton Full-time, Permanent About the Opportunity We’re supporting a reputable wealth management practice in Bolton seeking a Client Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in delivering first-class client support while working towards your qualification in Financial Planning. Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Support: Provide high-level technical and administrative support, including client contact, meeting preparation, and follow-up. Case Management: Take ownership of client files, ensuring all required identification documentation and application forms are complete and accurate. Meeting Preparation & Follow-up: Assist with pre-meeting preparation, post-meeting tasks, and accurately update client files on Salesforce CRM. Application Processing: Submit applications, record management information, and liaise with product providers, advisers, and third parties to ensure timely completion. Communication & Correspondence: Answer incoming calls confidently and professionally, dealing effectively with clients, product providers, and third parties. Reporting & Data Management: Run reports, generate illustrations, and collate key data. Liaison with SJP Admin Centres: Provide required information to complete transactions within specific timescales. Document Production: Prepare templated client letters and reports with accuracy and attention to detail. Skills & Knowledge Required Previous experience in an office support role (desirable but not essential – full training provided). Knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation (desirable).
