ARM, working in partnership with a major structural steelwork fabricator with an enviable history of success, are seeking a Site Manager with the relevant credentials, to work full time on newbuild bridge projects throughout the UK, delivering structural steel elements of the project to the UK's largest infrastructure principal contractors. To be considered for this role, you will have notable delivery for a structural steelwork fabricator in the role of Site Manager, ideally with experience within infrastructure/bridge building.
Role Description
As a Site Manager, your role is to effectively manage the site-based activities safely, efficiently, within budget and to schedule and to ensure this is undertaken consistent with company procedures, good practice, and statutory legislation and to contractual obligations.
You will manage the programme and monitor the progress of the site activities and take action to ensure progressive deadlines are met in accordance with the programme requirements and ensure an on-time project delivery.
You will manage Client expectations and be the first port of call for the client, providing support to the project team at meetings and managing labour control across the site by reviewing all labour and plant equipment levels on an ongoing basis to keep to an effective and efficient level.
Safety is an absolute priority and is embedded in all aspects of the work; therefore, an essential part of this role is to ensure safety compliance of all the construction elements under your control.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have previous site management experience within the steelwork industry, ideally with prior bridge building project experience.

4. IPAF 3a & 3b
5. Temporary Works Supervisor
