Job Responsibilities Identifies processes, change requirements, business requirements, and resourcing in support of Business Analysts and technology Subject Matter Experts. Tests planning, execution, and reporting in support of the User Acceptance Testing team. Identifies and proposes improvement opportunities. Collects data, conducts analysis, and prepares reports. Provides resourcing and capability analysis across Payment Operations, including impact analysis for change board discussions. Leads independent initiatives working across functional teams and lines of business. Promotes partnership; encourages collaboration, information sharing, and discussion to break down silos. Builds/promotes a client/customer-centered organization. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Previous relevant experience in Banking / Financial Services. Knowledgeable in banking functions, particularly in Core Cash Processing or Global Financial Messaging. Project Management experience - execution focused, risk aware, with excellent time management skills. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Strategic thinker with the ability to define future state business models and drive execution accordingly.
