Qualifications and Skills:
1. Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher.
2. GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or 4 and above).
3. Previous experience working with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD is highly desirable.
4. Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
