Catering Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Catering Supervisor to lead our Compass Group UK&I catering operations for Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee kitchen and service counter operations to ensure seamless execution of services.
* Implement quality control measures to guarantee exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
