We are seeking customer-focused individuals to provide excellent support within our clients' customer service departments. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.

* Competitive hourly rate of £11.44 (or National Minimum Wage if under 21)
* Increases to £11.74ph after 12 weeks

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and online platforms. Your duties will include:
* Managing a high volume of customer contacts
* Processing payments and bookings
* Handling customer complaints and escalating as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience in a call centre or customer service environment preferred
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Happy to be speaking to disgruntled customers daily as this will be part of the role
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Based within commuting distance of Camborne, Cornwall
