Job Description Job Title: Governance Manager Salary: £57,500 - £70,000 Location: Edinburgh Hours: Full-time Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh office location. About this opportunity: The role of Governance Manager sits within the Investment Solutions function and is responsible for supporting solution design and ongoing oversight & governance. Familiar with the life-cycle of investment solutions, you'll be used to working within a Consumer Duty environment and the requirements of the FCA PROD Handbook. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Design & Governance, you'll have a passion for innovation and providing customers with best-in-class investment solutions on an ongoing basis. What you’ll be doing: Responsibility for ongoing governance and oversight of investment solutions across workplace pensions, D2C and advised distribution channels. Leading departmental responsibility for governance and committee related reporting for investment solutions across Workplace, D2C and advised distribution channels. Working with propositional teams from around the IP&I organisation in Workplace, D2C and advised distribution channels to ensure consistency with internal product governance requirements. Supporting Senior Manager, Design & Governance on governance related propositional improvements. Experience of the life-cycle of investment solutions having worked within a Consumer Duty environment. Operational experience with the FCA PROD Handbook. Keen interest and knowledge of competitive landscape across Workplace, D2C and advised channels. Outstanding stakeholder leadership skills.
