Position: Inside Sales
Position Fishponds, Bristol
£25,000 plus commission OTE £35,000
Type: Permanent, Full Time- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Omega has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to work for the specialist in supplying machine tools and manufacturing equipment based in Bristol.
Key Responsibilities –Inside Sales
Using the firms extensive CRM system, engage with existing customers and recent enquirers, over the phone, to understand their needs and provide solutions related to machine tools sales
To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
To effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers handing over potential customers to the internal specialists to conclude the deal if required
Collaborate with the sales and applications teams to meet and exceed sales targets
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Qualifications & Requirements –Inside Sales
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools or engineering supplies industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills
Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
Positive attitude
Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications
Customer Management System experience
