Your new role In this role, your responsibilities will look like the following: Record customer and job request details on company systems. Initiate appropriate responses in line with business processes. Pay attention to health and safety, business growth, and service delivery standards. Provide general administrative support. Perform street work noticing tasks. Plan connections and process requests from utilities for plant location. Verify documentation and input data. Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts regarding gas emergencies, asset maintenance updates, and other business-related enquiries. Manage incoming and outbound telephone calls. Assist in the administration and planning of asset maintenance work. Handle and resolve customer complaints Input data and assist with administrative tasks. Update connection, metering, and service information on company systems. Interpret and translate technical information for appropriate responses. What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent) to include English and Maths at Grade C or above At least one year’s experience working within a customer service environment and dealing with telephone enquiries At least two years' administrative experience Excellent IT skills. Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative without supervision The ability to multitask various activities.
