What you'll do:
1. Manage client relationships and achieve annual client revenue targets through insights and marketing solutions.
2. Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses from sales and marketing perspectives.
3. Lead the annual planning process and drive ways of working at tactical and strategic levels.
4. Manage and support the team in delivering client marketing campaigns.
5. Provide detailed performance updates and manage direct reports.
6. Ensure financial profitability and stay up to date with industry trends and competitive threats.
Who you are:
As a Senior Client Manager at Nectar360, you are a highly experienced professional with a strong background in client services or media sales, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry. Your exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills allow you to develop deep knowledge of clients' businesses, leading the development of key client strategies and effectively driving annual planning processes. As a proactive and self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude, you inspire and manage a team to deliver successful client marketing campaigns and leverage insights opportunities.
