Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a ER Advisor based in West Cumbria on a permeant basis.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced ER Advisor to join our People Team at Sellafield, this role will be pivotal in shaping the employee experience. By acting as a trusted partner, coach and expert to our management team, you will work collaboratively to resolve challenges, lead on people initiatives and ensure compliance with out policies, procedures, national agreements and employment law. As a unionised organisation, you will also be a key stakeholder to our Trade Union representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Partner with key stakeholders to continuously improve employee engagement and experience
Lead on all employee relation activity for our Sellafield operations, escalating to the People Business Partner when appropriate
Ensure our Industrial Relations strategy is integrated and attend weekly, monthly and quarterly Trade Union engagement meetings
Ensure employee e-files are updated, maintained and accurate at all times, with the support of the HR Administrator
Collate data from systems and local sources to provide first line analysis on trends and support in proactively mitigating future risks to the business
