Role Responsibilities:
1. Provide high quality, evidence-based nursing, ensuring the day-to-day management of the Outpatients department.
2. Work with both the nursing and the wider clinical team to provide highly visible and supportive leadership to the Outpatients team, ensuring high levels of customer service.
3. Continuously look for ways to further grow the outpatient services and enhance patient care.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Registration.
2. Post registration experience working within an outpatient setting.
3. Confident managing an outpatient nursing team within a hospital setting.
4. We welcome applications from Senior Outpatients Nurses seeking their first role within management from either the independent sector or NHS.
