NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board was formed on 1 July 2022 under the Health and Care Act 2022, replacing NHS Frimley Clinical Commissioning Group. The ICB is the new statutory NHS organisation responsible for planning and delivering health and care services. It will work collaboratively with partner organisations including the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, people and communities across the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS).

Job responsibilities
As Project Support Coordinator, the post holder will have responsibility for:
Being a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective use of data, information, knowledge, and technology to improve, inform and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
The provision of high quality, cross functional project co-ordination, and administrative support on the core Academy system leadership and culture programmes, spanning the Academy's three main pillars: programme development and delivery; Alumni engagement and leadership network growth; Academy management and administrative support, working directly with the programme managers.
Undertaking reporting and analysis of information to support delivery.
Promoting and championing equality, diversity and inclusion through personal and proactive actions as well as holding others to account.
You will play a key role in:
Developing and delivering our celebrated leadership development programmes and offers focused on nurturing leadership potential and empowering our people across our workforce, communities of our Integrated Health and Social Care System (Frimley ICS).
Growing the Frimley Leadership Network of compassionate systems leaders who transcend traditional boundaries to improve outcomes by tackling health inequalities.
Person Specification
Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Experience working within a project environment running several projects simultaneously.
* Strong all-round computer and project management skills, able to develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
* Confident use of MS Teams, or willingness to learn.
* Excellent organisation skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively at all levels both internally and externally, coordinating efforts to deliver outcomes.
* Recognised project management qualification with proven experience of effective application of project methodologies and principles in practice.
* Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis.
