About the team and the role: Are you a highly skilled professional with a passion for Employee Benefits? We are seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join our Healthcare & Protection Team. This team is dedicated to managing a diverse range of Employee Benefits for our clients, including Private Medical Insurance, Group Life, and Group Income Protection As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and retaining a book of existing clients, overseeing relationship management for VIP and Corporate clients, and providing leadership and support to the team. You will have the opportunity to work on complex queries, assist with complaints, and support the development of new team members. Additionally, you will play a vital role in cascading product updates and assisting with internal projects and process changes. How you'll contribute: Retaining a Book of Existing Clients: Manage a portfolio of clients, handling day-to-day administration, including annual renewals and performing market reviews where required. Relationship Management of VIP/Corporate Clients: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most valued clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met. Overseeing Development/Induction of New Joiners: Guide and support new team members, ensuring they receive proper training and induction into the team and company processes. Dealing with Complex Queries & Assisting with Complaints: Manage complex client queries and assist in resolving complaints efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained. Cascading Product Updates: Communicate product updates from insurers to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned on the latest offerings and changes in the market. Assisting with Internal Projects & Process Changes: Contribute to the successful delivery of internal projects and help with the implementation of new processes to improve team efficiency. Acturis Support: Provide support and guidance on Acturis-related queries and processes, ensuring the smooth operation of systems. Requirements: We are looking for someone with a proven background in the healthcare and protection insurance industry. It would be ideal to have experience in employee benefits broking. You should be comfortable managing a portfolio of clients, be proactive in problem-solving, and have strong leadership skills. Key Requirements: Proven experience in client management, particularly in the healthcare and protection insurance sector. Experience in managing VIP/Corporate clients and handling complex client issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Experience overseeing the development and induction of new team members. In-depth knowledge of insurance products and the ability to cascade updates to a team. Experience working with Acturis or similar insurance platforms is a plus. A proactive, solution-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional client service.
