Despatch / Administration Assistant
Calgary Just Companies Ltd are based just outside Sheringham in Beeston Regis. We have been actively selling a comprehensive range of garden machinery & power equipment products online since 2001.
We are looking for a reliable and confident individual for the despatch / office administration position within our Company.
Any applicants will need to possess the following attributes:
* Good organisation and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently under pressure and well within a team.
* Computer literate.
Your role and duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Processing and dispatching the website orders.
* Liaising with the warehouse & suppliers.
* Stock control.
* Answering telephone when needed.
* Registering products with suppliers for warranty purposes.
* Other general administrative duties.
The position is full-time, 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm (1hr for lunch).
Experience, although an advantage, is not necessary as full training will be given.
Please note that own transport is essential as we are not located near any public transport routes.

Pay: From £12.25 per hour
