The successful candidate will have good Kuoni product knowledge (whether experience from selling or from a similar product role) and s trong communication and analytical skills. The role is based in Dorking (hybrid), with a requirement of working a minimum of 3 days in the office per week. The role also allows flexi hours to suit, offering 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm. Role Overview: Reporting to and working closely with the (Senior) Regional Product Manager, the purpose of this role is to assist the Regional Product team in the management of the product and the supply of key destinations within the team’s remit. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a team player, be organised and diligent and always on top of the details. What you’ll be doing Product: Assist with the roll-out of product briefed by the Regional Product team Maintain detailed market insight data to drive development and execution of fact-based product line strategy Support the briefing process – coordinate product briefing, collating data and creating briefing documents, tracking progress Collect and maintain data to drive product decisions (inc. customer analysis/feedback and market data) Communicate product updates and changes Support content briefings, ensuring information published reflects product strategy Continually develop personal knowledge and expertise Marketing: Assist with signing off of brochures and marketing material Working to briefs from the Regional Product Team, coordinate activity with the marketing and commercial teams, including BAU activity, campaigns and offers pages/online pricing Provide proactive input/ideas for BAU marketing activity and campaigns Set-Up & Processes: Comprehensive understanding of the set-up and content requirements for products to be promoted and sold Create Travelbox Stored Criteria for suggested itineraries and WTP set-up (for relevant destinations) Coordinate Travelbox mapping of product sourced via supplier APIs Loading contract data to DMS Coordinating Travelbox set-up with DSU teams Diligent upkeep of product lists, loading logs, tracking sheets Investigate and resolve issues, troubleshoot and be the expert point of contact for Travelbox and other system set-up issues (e.g. WTP, DMS) Coordinate with other Regional Product teams to ensure consistent and best working practice is maintained in line with Divisional protocols and processes Fulfil team and administration activities; complete administrative duties on time and to standard Pricing: Assist the Commercial Team with price matching and general pricing issues and queries, providing product input where required Assist the Commercial Team with marketing pricing tasks, including for brochures, campaigns, website pricing and BAU activity, providing product input where required and ensuring appropriate coordination with the Marketing Team Purchasing: Assist in preparation for contracting meetings/trips Collaborate with the team and other departments in developing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers Attend supplier meetings, events and trade shows in support of the Regional Product Team (including events in London, UK regions and overseas) Operations, Customer Support & H&S Point of contact for Operations and Customer Services Collect and maintain product selection data including H&S status and TripAdvisor reviews Track product delivery using the NPS data and ensure customer feedback is used to develop products offered Training: Maintain and update product training material, including online training tools, keeping information up to date and relevant to commercial priorities and source new training material to support strategic goals Support Regional Product Team on training needs, recognising priorities and coordinating supplier contacts for remote training, in-person training and supplier events Assist with delivery of educational and fam trips process, including coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers Log and categorise queries, identify training needs, track resolutions and report on measures Answer general enquiries from both internal and external contacts requesting destination or product information Communication: Develop effective relationships with internal departments and stakeholders. Develop external relationships with external contacts in support of the Regional Product team Other duties Actively champion and promote Kuoni.
