Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UK Finance Leader to join our team at Amiosec.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position that will play a vital role in shaping our company's financial strategy and direction. As a Senior UK Finance Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance function within the UK, providing strategic advice and recommendations to the UK Leadership team, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial analysis, financial modelling, and accounting principles, as well as excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. They will also have strong commercial acumen skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of financial models and forecasts for the UK
* Oversee the company's tax planning and compliance efforts, including the preparation of tax treasury operations
* Support in tax planning and compliance
* Accountable for the implementation of finance policies and procedures in the UK, in accordance with the Group policies and procedures
* Lead the compliance of UK operations and reporting requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, post-graduate accounting or finance qualification, and at least 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
