What you'll be doing: You'll work closely with a small team under the guidance of the Operations Team Leader providing direct communication with customers via telephone and email to provide unparalleled support and excellent service to our EV Charging Support network. Location: Kents Hill Business Park, Milton Keynes Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday, including bank/public holidays, and cover for absences as needed. As a Contact Centre Operator, your responsibilities will include: - Providing excellent customer service via telephone & email - Pro-actively and calmly managing Emergency and Breakdown calls - Adhering to Call Handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Responding promptly to calls, system alerts and alarms. - Managing customer theft notifications and documenting vehicle thefts efficiently. - Undertaking various administrative tasks as necessary. - Adhering to GDPR regulations About You: You'll be based within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes and have full rights to work in the UK.
