Administration-Temporary-Hybrid working Your new company A regulatory organisation based in Manchester city centre are recruiting a temporary administrator to support a fast-paced team who work to strict guidelines and deadlines. Your team will be assisting in the communication both written and verbal between colleagues and professional bodies. Your new role You will be liaising between internal and external customers via telephone and in writing.Supporting to deliver high customer service levels in various mediumsManaging documentation is required to support colleague and customer’s cases.Updating information on their CRM system and via Excel spreadsheetsFacilitating discussions between colleagues and expert professional bodies, ensuring they progress within SLA’s and guidelinesMonitoring the team email account and actioning emails in a professional and timely mannerSupporting the team and wider business, sharing ideas to improve processes What you'll need to succeed Proven experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCustomers focused with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.Confident in communicating with various levels of stakeholdersExperience of working on CRM systems and MS OfficeKnowledge of the Data Protection Act and working with confidential informationExperience of accurately writing documents in a professional mannerAccurate data entry skills and ability to interpret data What you'll get in return City centre offices with hybrid working pattern (2 days in the office per month) 35 hour working week, Monday to Friday Temporary role, starting at the end of January £13 per hour plus holiday pay What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
