Governance & Compliance Administrator
3-4 months temporary
Based in Maidstone
£15-17 per hour
Requirements:
1. Excellent minute taking skills
2. Experience taking minutes within board/committee meetings
3. Board Level experience
4. Previous social housing experience
5. Knowledge of Board level terminology
6. Understanding of compliance within social housing
Day-to-day Duties include:
1. Manage and maintain relevant filing systems and databases
2. Work with the team manager to ensure that relevant administrative tasks are dealt with efficiently
3. Complete general administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department
4. Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between the departments
5. Monitor and record costs incurred by the department
6. Ensure effective and efficient processing of documents, working within set time frames
