Leading a team of cleaners at a prestigious customer site.
Your main aim will be to supervise a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.
You will be working on a variable shift rota, 40 hours per week.
You will also:
1. Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
2. Manage equipment, materials and stock levels
3. Train and develop staff
4. Carry out general cleaning duties
5. Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget
6. Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained
7. Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff
8. Ensure staff present a professional image
To succeed in this role you will need:
9. Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
10. Strong people skills
