Key Responsibilities: Supporting insolvency practitioners with the management of insolvency cases from start to finish. Handling Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Preparing statutory reports, notices, and correspondence. Communicating with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders via telephone and email. Assisting in financial investigations and asset realisation. Maintaining case records and documentation using IPS software. Liaising with external professionals, including solicitors, valuers, and agents. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in insolvency administration. A Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) or Certificate in Insolvency (CII – ICAEW) qualification is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of CVLs and MVLs, from commencement to closure. Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A confident yet professional telephone manner.
