Assistant Company Secretary - FTC

About the Role:
As the Assistant Company Secretary, you will provide high-quality professional company secretarial services to the group.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Prepare and coordinate material for board meetings, and take minutes and resolutions.
* Companies House (UK and International) filing Confirmation Statements and standard forms at Companies House and ensuring the accuracy of the information stored at Companies House.
* Assisting with the committee's (including risk and audit) meeting processes, preparing relevant materials, and taking high-quality minutes.
* Tracking actions and follow-ups from the committee meetings.
* Assist with the preparation of Board Evaluation surveys.
* Drafting appointment and resignation letters.
* Setting up meetings including remote access via Microsoft Teams or similar.
* Remaining current on all legislative and regulatory changes, and helping the Boards understand the implications for their company.
Skills, Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Qualified Company Secretary or similar qualification.
* Strong experience in board support and meeting management.
* Experince performing company secretarial duties for regulated companies.
* Strong credible personal presence with proven experience in gaining the confidence of experienced Board members.
* Strong technical skills and the ability to grasp the impact of changes to company law and regulations.
* Ability to work with the team to help communicate and implement any changes.
