What will you deliver?
1. Deliver outstanding customer service standards by answering all queries promptly, remaining approachable, courteous and professional at all times.
2. Proactively manage customers’ expectations through resolution of their requests.
3. Be an expert in following relevant Work Instructions and processes to ensure consistent delivery of service standards.
4. Contribute expertise to DCC when new processes are being designed and introduced that include use of SharePoint.
5. User management of DCC and external accounts, including the creation, amendment and deletion of accounts from Azure Entra ID as well as password resets when requested.
6. Liaison with external companies to ensure the accuracy of user accounts in relation to their own workforce processes.
7. Creation, configuration and secure management of SharePoint Sites.
8. Provide secure access management of DCC SharePoint, liaising with site owners and service providers where necessary for access approval.
What are we looking for?
9. Good knowledge of SharePoint and integration with MS Office.
10. Previous demonstrable experience of administering MS Entra ID and / or SharePoint.
11. Use of Power Automate / Power Apps an advantage.
12. An excellent attention to detail, with a strong awareness of security issues.
13. Ability to integrate into a small dedicated team.
14. A willingness to develop your technical knowledge in the role.
