Sales Development Representative (Telemarketer)
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire (Onsite for the first 3 months, then hybrid work model)
Salary: £32-35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000 + Overperformance)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to a list of prospects and engage them in discussions about our products and services, including:
– IT Managed Services
– Cloud Solutions
– ERP with SAP Business One
– Cybersecurity
– IBMi Power
– Microsoft 365
You will also manage existing customer relationships to gather feedback and identify additional needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Make approximately 80-90 outbound calls daily, to generate leads and discuss our offerings.
· Conduct data cleansing and management to ensure accurate prospect information.
· Follow up calls with relevant emails and collateral, maintaining contact until a sales meeting is confirmed.
· Target a minimum of 4 confirmed leads per week, with leads credited as Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
· Reach out to existing customers for feedback and to identify additional service opportunities (less than 20% of your role).
· Set meetings for leads acquired from third-party call centres and earn commission for confirmed meetings.
· Report directly to the Sales Director
Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year B2B sales experience.
· Strong telephone manner and ability to engage confidently with high-level directors and managing directors.
· Optimistic, motivated, and resilient in the face of challenges.
· Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and CRM management.
· A genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales.
