The Time & Expense Creative Agency Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Agency Integration T&E solution which spans two systems: WorkBook and myTE. This role will serve as the main point of contact for end-user support with the goal of ensuring all Creative Agency people have timely and successful T&E submissions every two weeks. Send email reminder to users about timesheet deadlines. Set up tracker for monitoring submission statuses and errors for each submission. Proactively seek out users who have not submitted or have errors, investigate, and provide support to avoid future mistakes. Categorize error types, solve where possible, investigate root cause and if needed, document findings to send to support for system improvements. Run overall submission status statistics and summary of blockers/issues for users who did not submit hours. Send targeted reminder to users who have timesheets in unsubmitted statuses.
