Role overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join an agency with huge growth potential. As a Project Manager, you’ll leverage your hands-on experience, ideally within the Automotive industry or across a multi-channel digital marketing environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who is proactive, personable, and thrives under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. In this role, you’ll support the wider team with your strong project management and organisational skills, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and the delivery of exceptional client results.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
2. Serve as the key point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
3. Coordinate effectively with internal teams and third-party agencies across all brand elements (product launches, thought leadership content, social media, brand toolkits and traditional media) to ensure alignment with client goals.
4. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring clear communication of timelines and deliverables.
5. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, proactively resolving challenges to maintain project momentum.
6. Use data and analytics to track project progress, inform strategic decisions, and continuously improve outcomes.
7. Monitor and report on project KPIs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering actionable insights.
8. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive process improvements and project efficiency.
About the candidate:
1. Proven experience in project management within a marketing environment, ideally in the automotive industry or B2B sector.
2. Strong track record of managing multi-channel marketing projects and creative workflows.
3. Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships while effectively managing expectations.
4. Strong analytical skills to track project performance and ensure objectives are met.
5. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects autonomously, and drive collaboration across departments.
6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
7. Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and proactively find solutions to challenges.
