They have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. What’s the role? This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to step into a Purchase Ledger Clerk position supporting the finance team in Poole. Duties: Process and post purchase ledger invoices accurately and on time. Resolve issues with suppliers and internal teams. Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment run info. Ensure supplier payment terms are met. Report on invoice status and handle document scanning/shredding. Provide cover for other roles and assist with ad hoc tasks. Process pre-payment requests and credit card transactions. Handle internal expense forms and attend meetings.What do you need? Previous experience support a finance team.
