Key Responsibilities Product Management: Source new products, maintain the New Product Request Tracker, and compile monthly reports. Order Coordination: Confirm and chase purchase orders, update ETAs, and communicate with internal/external sales teams. Data Management: Update and maintain price increases in internal systems and online shops (cost and sales prices). Set up new products in internal systems and online portals. Team Support: Provide cover for team members by raising purchase orders and ordering stock. Process dropship orders. Assist with projects as needed. Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with teams across the organisation, including Customer Support, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production, and Design. What We’re Looking For: 6 months of experience in a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency with computers and email systems. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. A proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
