We are looking for an Senior Production Manager to join our dynamic team within The Collective. As Senior Production Manager, you will:
* Represent the Technical Production department across projects and client accounts, with involvement in all project phases, from Pitch to Delivery.
* Oversee technical production for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events of varied sizes and budgets.
* Lead multiple projects, prioritizing workloads for yourself and your team.
* Maintain clear communication throughout projects to ensure exceptional customer service and provide valuable recommendations.
* Build rapport with UK and overseas suppliers for optimal service and rates; manage issues as they arise.
* Review and negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best terms.
* Manage technical and scenic components within budgets, ensuring accurate budget control and timely invoicing.
* Lead technical production for a variety of events, from conception to delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
* Deliver top-notch customer service while offering insightful recommendations.
* Navigate budgetary constraints and ensure financial compliance.
You must also have:
* Years of experience in technical production within an agency setting.
* A collaboration-friendly mindset with the ability to work across different time zones.
* Proficiency in technical drawing using AutoCAD or Vectorworks.
* An eye for creativity and a passion for the latest in event technology.
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud for enhancing production quality.

You should know:
* This role offers hybrid working with 1-2 days a week spent in either our Derby or Milton Keynes office.
* Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break.
* Have the desire and ability to travel in the UK and Overseas.
