Our First Line Managers supervise a team of colleagues to ensure the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible. In this role you will train staff, monitor employee performance, motivate your team, and ensure a high level of the customer service is delivered. As we have several full-time, permanent roles there is a mixture of various shift patterns available, some examples of shifts are Sunday Thursday, Monday-Friday & Tuesday-Saturday shifts, both AM & PM shifts.
