Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a UK Sales Manager at Metex Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities at all customer levels, mostly senior and developing strategies to quickly increase sales and market share with many household brands, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with the directors and marketing team to drive sales growth. Qualifications Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills Experience in the construction supply or related industry Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills Knowledge of construction tools and fixing products Proven historical ability to hit / exceed company sales targets and grow these annually Excellent communication and detaied presentation skills Ability to work independently and remotely with time spent away from home regulary Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
