Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Band 8a Operational Manager with extensive leadership and management experience. In this role, you will work closely with the clinical leads of both the Eating Disorder Pathway and the Paediatric Psychology Teams to ensure safe and effective service delivery. As this is a county-wide role, travel is essential, though there is flexibility to be based at one of our sites across Devon and Torbay. While this is currently a full-time position, we welcome applications from those seeking a four-day week or a job share arrangement.
This role spans two CFHD services: the Eating Disorder Pathway, a county-wide service delivering care through locality hubs, and the Paediatric Psychology Teams, based in North Devon (Springfield Court) and Exeter (Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital) as part of the Royal Devon University Hospital.
CFHD is undergoing an exciting transformation, mobilising needs-led pathways under the iThrive framework. We are passionate about delivering high-quality services that make a real difference to children and young people across Devon.
