Rquirements:
- Previous Line Manager experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Service Desk Operations
- Ticket management

- Azure Active Directory or Active Directory
- Windows Server 201x
Your responsibilities are:
- Supervising and performing the triage & response portion of incident management process
- Hands-on incident resolution as required
- Ensuring adherence to SLAs across all customers
- Responding to escalations from customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring and coaching to improve team metrics and productivity
- Continuous improvement of internal operating procedures and policies
- Performing proactive maintenance tasks or small pieces of work during quieter periods
