The Role
Our client is looking for a motivated and professional Employee Benefits Administrator to join their corporate team. This position will play a vital role in supporting a team of corporate financial planners and consultants, ensuring seamless service delivery to their growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients, product providers, and consultants
* Managing client data, processing new business, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
* Supporting corporate financial planners with scheme implementation and renewals
* Maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience
* Ensuring service standards are met while looking for ways to improve processes
About You:
* Previous experience in corporate administration, financial services administration, or a similar role (experience in pensions or employee benefits is desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
* Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The Package:
* Salary: Up to £28,000
* Discretionary bonus
