Job summary We are looking for an Patient Pathway Central Support Officer who can help us deliver an efficient, high quality medical records service across the Long Term and Unscheduled Care Directorate. This role is essential to providing safe care to our patients by providing efficient and effective administration services for outpatient bookings and patient pathway management teams. The role will be key to helping us achieve our targets. Main duties of the job Applicants should be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, be excellent communicators with good telephone skills and have the ability to meet deadlines on a daily basis whilst maintaining a positive approach, and providing a quality service that supports our patient care.
