Working as a Teaching assistant you would,
* Work with teachers to ensure students are understanding and attempting work.
* Helping students to access and understand the curriculum.
* Keeping an eye on classroom behaviour.
* Making sure all students have access to equal opportunities.
* To understand safeguarding.
The ideal candidate will be looking to grow as an educator while simultaneously driving to grow the horizons of those around them. Ideally you have a skillset suited to the teaching environment, showcasing great communication skills, patience, positivity and a passion to inspire change.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
