Accounts Payable Assistant (Temporary position). IntaPeople are working with a highly successful manufacturer in Farnham who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing team. Part of a small team, you will be responsible for maintaining and compiling accounts payable records. Responsibilities; You will match vendors invoices with purchase orders or packing slips. You will communicate and collaborate with vendors or purchasers on any known errors. You will Review, verify, and process invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies. You will print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files. About you; You will need excellent communication skills. You will have previous accounts administration experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint. Some more information; This position is a 3-month contract. 2 days a week on site in the offices, would suit someone looking for a part-time role. Circa £30k pro rata.
