B2B Sales Executive Location: Home/Field-Based (Must be based in the Southwest with knowledge of Gloucestershire or North Bristol) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (flexible start/finish times based on client needs) Salary: Up to £32,000 basic plus uncapped commission Car Allowance Job Description This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with experience in B2B sales. You will be responsible for managing your own territory, building strong client relationships, and selling advertising solutions across various industries. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a pipeline of clients, generating new business while maintaining existing relationships. Sell tailored advertising solutions to meet client needs. Meet and exceed KPIs, considering warm/cold areas and geographic factors. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to build long-term partnerships. Attend weekly meetings at headquarters in Worcester (every Monday plus one additional day per week). Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance. Work flexibly to accommodate the schedules of different industries. Key Skills & Requirements Previous experience selling B2B in a sales or account management role. Proven experience in media sales would be highly advantageous Proven track record in sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Comfortable working in a home/field-based role with regular travel.
