To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager (Housing Developers) (Concrete Products) to join us here at Ibstock, covering the South/South Eastern region.
Job Purpose: The position in the above territory holds a crucial role in the execution of the company's commercial strategy.
The primary focus will be to gain specifications and proactively solution sell the Ibstock (Developer) portfolio of Brick, Brick Components, Walling Stone and Cast Stone. The role is also responsible for lead generation on Roofing and Flooring Solutions by engaging with key stakeholders within the housing developer market.
The key to your success will be in the identification, implementation and management of commercially viable opportunities, increasing the depth and breadth of influential relationships within the developer sector at a regional level, and the execution of account sales strategies.
