Job Description:
The primary liaison between TVS and our clients’ management teams, the Account Management function is responsible for client retention, growth and contract adherence. Account Managers hold the ultimate responsibility for the commercial performance of our contracts and work with various departments across the business to bring together an excellent customer experience through service, new solutions and value to maintain strong relationships. The team has a commercial focus and plays a key role in shaping the path of our business through strategy and solution development.
Lead our business in delivering an excellent customer experience, leveraging this to drive growth in revenue and profitability through the provision of added value solutions and profitable commercial models.
Support the Account Management function in managing client relations. Learn and understand our clients’ businesses and what drives them. Work with Account Managers to support identification of new opportunities that benefit all parties. Provide support to Account Managers through reporting, KPI and trend analysis. Work with Account Managers to drive the effectiveness of business processes which underpin performance on our contracts, assisting with commercial initiatives and continuous improvement projects across various business functions.
