Your Role:

* Work closely with the classroom teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
* Plan and oversee activities that spark curiosity and learning.
* Maintain classroom ratios to foster a positive environment.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for students.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Monitor and report on student progress to support growth.

What We're Looking For:

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
* Experience in a primary school setting and an understanding of classroom dynamics.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for helping young learners thrive.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
