We have a fantastic new opportunity for a QSHE & Energy Business Partner / Quality Safety Health & Environment Advisor. You will coordinate, support, and advise the business on all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and Energy.
As the QSHE & Energy Business Partner, you will establish, manage, and monitor standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with QSHE and energy are adhered to.
You will be responsible for inspecting built scaffolding erections at height and preparing and implementing QSHE Integrated Management System support documents and records.

DUTIES
Your duties will include:
QA (Quality Assurance)
* Provide guidance, assistance, and personal support to personnel on QA related topics
* Co-ordinate the preparation and implementation of the QSHE Integrated Management System, supporting operations with the preparation documents and records
* Support with the monitoring and implementation of Quality Plans and Quality Control Plans for products and projects
* Co-ordinate and complete QA training (process related)
* Implement QSHE Internal Audit Programme and Supplier Audit Programmes
* Actively participate in audits, collate findings, and compile QA audit reports
* Register, action, and close-out NCRs and CARs that are project-related
* Analysis and preparation of QSHE performance & input to quality improvement initiatives
* Inspect built scaffolding erections at height
SHE (Safety, Health, Environmental & Energy) Business Partnering
* Provide guidance, assistance, and support to employees on SHE related topics
* Prepare and implement QSHE Integrated Management System support documents and records
* Cooperate and advise in the monitoring and implementation of QSHE Contract Management plans
* Support and advise in the monitoring and implementation of QSHE Plans and QSHE Interface Documents for general projects
* Conduct general QSHE training
* Manage QSHE Audit Programmes for the business
* Conduct safety audits, collate findings, and compile QSHE audit reports
* Provide monthly statistical information on QSHE performance and maintain QSHE records
* Prepare business reports following QSHE Site Inspections / Safety Tours
* Analyze QSHE performance & input to quality improvement initiatives
* Support QSHE training activities and update assigned Course Training Packages (CTPs)
* Manage the company accident/incident reporting process, support incident investigations & reporting, and liaise with insurers on claims reports utilizing the Incident Management Systems
* Prepare KPI data including Targets & Objectives information for input into monthly & annual reports
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience working in the scaffolding industry within both commercial and industrial environments is essential
* Must hold a valid NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, or higher
* Must be a professional member of IOSH
* Internal Auditor Certificate is desirable
* Able to effectively business partner and act as a trusted expert advisor to senior operational stakeholders
* Good analytical/problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal/influencing skills
* Able to plan, control, and balance competing priorities
* Good time management skills and able to consistently meet deadlines
* Good computer literacy and writing skills for reports
* Strong practical communication skills
* Experience in delivering risk management, inspection, audit, investigation, and training
* Experience of working at height
