This company are looking for a Customer Service & Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our UK-based customer services team responsible for parts and exchange engine sales, while overseeing our warehouse operations and procurement functions. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our aftermarket products and services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest standard
The Role
Lead and support the customer service and warehouse teams to ensure efficient and error-free order processing.
Ensure customer schedules and orders are accurately clarified, acknowledged, and fulfilled.
Manage procurement of aftermarket parts and services from requisition to payment using SAP MM.
The Person
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven experience in procurement, warehouse logistics, or customer service
Full proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) and a solid understanding of inventory and purchasing workflows
