We’re looking to expand our highly reputable London team and we’re looking for some super talent to join us in our stunning office in the vibrant Spinningfields area which also comes with its own gym onsite in Manchester!

Our dedicated London team works with law firms across Greater London and the City, ranging from Legal 500 firms to high street practices. You will have the chance to work on a variety of practice areas, making every day different and interesting. We have a huge range of already established clients, giving you the opportunity to build on our current network as well as grow your own desk, giving you the head start to be a Legal specialist within your field!
What will the role look like?
You’ll essentially be running your own business with a busy and varied day-to-day. You’ll love speaking with legal professionals everyday helping them advance their career and help achieve their goals and aspirations. As a legal recruiter you will maintain and build long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s biggest law firms being able to consult, advise on current market conditions and provide a solution to their recruitment needs. You'll also be busy attracting and finding new talent everyday through our extensive database and resources such as Linkedin Recruiter, job advertising and networking.

From Day 1 you will receive training through our bespoke training programme which will equip you with the knowledge, skills, resources and contacts necessary to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

You will be looking at earning over £40k+ in your first year, £80k+ in your second year and £100k beyond. What else does the role offer?
1. Super basic salary between £22,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
2. Up to 25% uncapped commission on a monthly basis
3. 12:30pm and 3pm early finishes every Friday
4. Free gym onsite
5. 33 days holiday with an additional 16 days holiday available through performance and attendance

Who do we want to join our team?
We'd love to hear from people already in legal recruitment or have recruitment experience in a professional services sector. We’re also very happy to hear from people that may come from a legal, sales, professional services, business development, account management, events/hospitality, customer services or a call handling role.
You will be an ambitious, energetic, hard-working individual with a natural commercial flair, hunger to deliver on targets and the desire to earn big money. You will be a people person with problem-solving skills and someone who goes the extra mile on service. You will work collaboratively, being a team player and an advocate for Douglas Scott’s culture and values as well as and have fun in what you do!
