With industry-leading awards, conferences, workshops, and executive dinners across the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia Pacific, we’re growing and would like to add to our existing Events and Awards team.
About the Role: In this role, you'll plan and execute B2B events—including executive dinners, workshops, conferences, a virtual forum programme and industry awards—designed for senior Talent Acquisition and HR leaders. You’ll be responsible for curating a loyal community of delegates, ensuring flawless event logistics, and creating standout experiences for our delegates, speakers and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Curate delegate lists, drawing from our extensive database to create the perfect audience for each event
· Coordinate event logistics from planning to post-event wrap-up
· Develop targeted marketing campaigns to build awareness and engagement
· Cultivate and nurture a community of delegates through strategic outreach and follow-up
