Quality Inspector required to join a well-established Manufacturing company based in the Milton Keynes area, that specialise in supplying service for a range of industries including railway, automotive, aerospace, construction, MOD & security, industrial, marine and power.\n\nQuality Inspector Job Overview\n\nCarry out quality assessment measurements of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials, including metrological and visual assessment.\nOperate the CMM, experience with Aberlink software ideal, but experience with PC-DMIS is an advantage.\nTake a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and drawings to understand the product requirements\nReject all the incoming raw materials which fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue promptly.\nResolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines\nAssist the QM in designing an efficient quality system and protocols which can be used across all company needs\nPrepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records\nRecommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met\nGuide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product\nAssist the Head of Quality with KPI data and monitor customer satisfaction levels\nMonitor the production phases at various levels\n\nQuality Inspector Job Requirements\n\nPrevious experience within a Quality inspector position or similar would be advantageous\nThe ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances\nA quality control inspector should be vigilant enough to identify the variances in products to meet the specific standards.\nThe quality control inspectors should possess strong knowledge of the type of equipment and computer programs used adhering to the safety guidelines of the organization.\n\nQuality Inspector Salary & Benefits\n\nFull time - Permanent position\nMonday to Friday\n8am - 5pm Monday to Thurs and on Friday its 8am - 2pm\nSalary - £15 - £16 per hour\n33 days holiday including BH\nPensionBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.\n\nWe are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy, and in accordance with GDPR by applying you are granting us consent to process your data, contact you about the services we offer, and submit your CV for the role you have applied for
