Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Initial project in Kent for 26 weeks, with future projects in the Home Counties.
Start Date: Immediate start within 1 week

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a housing refurbishment project in Kent. This is a key role responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. Following the initial 26-week project, the successful candidate will continue to work on future projects within the Home Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
2. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with current regulations and company policies.
3. Manage subcontractors and coordinate site logistics.
4. Monitor progress, quality, and costs, ensuring the project stays within budget.
5. Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and suppliers.
6. Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
7. Look after all the subcontractors.
8. Report into a visiting Contracts Manager.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or similar construction projects.
2. All necessary certifications and tickets (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, etc.) must be up to date.
3. Full, clean driving licence is essential.
4. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
